📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records and databases using software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual payroll reports.
• Support the accounting team in reconciling payroll expenses and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of employee benefits and contributions, such as pensions and health insurance.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and filing.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in payroll management and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or accounting.
• Familiarity with payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in payroll processing or accounting is a plus.
