📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including online and offline marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Close sales by demonstrating the value of our products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to drive sales and improve customer experience.
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and close deals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Sales Agent or similar role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Enthusiasm and passion for sales and customer service.
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment.
