In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory of agricultural equipment parts, coordinating with our suppliers to ensure that we have the right parts in stock, and providing technical support to our customers. You will also be responsible for training our sales team on the technical aspects of our products, ensuring that they can provide the best possible service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory of agricultural equipment parts, ensuring that we have the right parts in stock to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and service.
• Provide technical support to customers, helping them to troubleshoot issues with their equipment and find the right solutions.
• Train our sales team on the technical aspects of our products, ensuring that they can provide the best possible service to our customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in parts sales or service, preferably in the agricultural equipment industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of agricultural equipment and parts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
