We are seeking a highly skilled CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) Equipment Engineer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the CMP equipment used in our state-of-the-art semiconductor fabrication facilities. As a CMP Equipment Engineer at SSMC, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our CMP equipment. You will troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and yield. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMP equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with process engineers to optimize CMP processes and improve yield.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime.
• Conduct equipment audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to operators and technicians, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to operate the equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CMP technology and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance equipment performance and process efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CMP equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of CMP equipment, including slurries, pads, and process chemistry.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment used in fab facilities.
• Experience with equipment maintenance software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Certification in CMP equipment maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
