As a DRP Staff, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, working closely with our sales, production, and distribution teams to ensure that our products reach customers on time and in the right quantities.

In this role, you will use industry-standard tools like SAP and Microsoft Excel to analyze data, forecast demand, and develop strategies to optimize our distribution network.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for our distribution network using historical sales data and market trends.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure that our inventory levels are optimized and that we have the right products available at the right time.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our distribution operations, such as inventory turnover, fill rates, and on-time delivery rates.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze large datasets, and to develop reports and dashboards for our supply chain team.
• Work closely with our logistics partners to ensure that our products are transported safely and efficiently to our customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain and logistics, and share your knowledge with your team.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, such as supply chain optimization and cost reduction.
• Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that our supply chain operations are aligned with our business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agri-food industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex data.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for the agri-food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
