📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and track the real-time location and status of haulage vehicles using GPS and fleet management systems such as Geotab, Samsara, or similar.
• Analyze fleet performance data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements for haulage operations.
• Provide support to drivers and fleet managers for route optimization and navigation.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GPS and fleet management technologies.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Certification in GPS and fleet management systems (e.g., Geotab, Samsara) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards for logistics and transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
