📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and monitor batching plants to ensure the production of high-quality concrete mix.
• Mix, transport, and deliver concrete to various construction sites according to project specifications.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of batching plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor inventory levels of concrete ingredients and ensure timely restocking.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and engineers to address any issues or discrepancies in concrete production.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.
• Document all batching plant operations and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Batcher Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of batching plant operations and concrete mixing processes.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with site supervisors and engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
