📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all properties meet high hospitality standards.
• Manage a team of 50+ employees, providing leadership and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
• Handle financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and government bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Lead marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit properties or large teams.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
