📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential customers.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Promote and upsell products and services to customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
