📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet our high standards.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.,Monitoring and analyzing quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Training and mentoring junior quality control inspectors.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control inspection.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proven track record of ensuring high-quality products and maintaining quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel to different production sites as needed.
