Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the needs of our public sector customers and the strategic goals of Elastic.,Work closely with stakeholders, including government agencies and other public sector organizations, to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.,Lead the development and launch of new products and features, working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure that our products are delivered on time and to a high standard.,Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that Elastic remains a trusted and valued partner in the public sector.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our messaging and go-to-market strategy effectively communicates the value of our products to our public sector customers.,Lead the development and execution of a go-to-market strategy for our public sector offerings, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or a related discipline.,5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technology products.,Strong understanding of the public sector landscape, including the unique challenges and opportunities that organizations in this space face.,Experience working with government agencies and other public sector organizations to deliver solutions that meet their requirements.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.,Experience with data-driven decision making and the ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.,Experience with Agile and other iterative development methodologies.
