Sumber Citra Motor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a proven track record of identifying and mitigating risks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure thorough and efficient audits.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken after audit findings.,Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes to enhance audit processes.,Provide guidance and support to junior auditors to ensure high-quality audit work.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the internal audit function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
