📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.,Manage and analyze financial data to support decision-making.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor the finance team.,Prepare and review financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, with the last 5 years in a senior finance role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proven track record of success in financial management and strategic planning.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
