📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the implementation and monitoring of governance and compliance policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Lead and mentor the Corporate Services team to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.,Foster a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.,Stay up-to-date with evolving governance and compliance trends and best practices.,Report to the Senior Management Team on governance and compliance matters.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance and compliance, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and monitoring governance and compliance programs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a multinational or international organization is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
