In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting financial audits to assess the accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls and processes.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial information.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff.,Analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential risks.,Participating in continuous professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the property or real estate sector.,Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, or ACCA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using auditing software and financial analysis tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
