Develop and execute high-impact digital ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.),Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand strategy and business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success,Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure continuous improvement and growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field,5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of success,Strong knowledge of digital ad platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.),Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
