📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Job Description:
Drive sales growth by identifying and targeting potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities
Develop and present sales proposals to potential customers
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
Provide excellent customer service and support
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
Familiarity with the Banjarmasin market and customer base is a plus
