📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Yang Kamu Lakukan:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
• Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Yang Kamu Butuhkan:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
• A strong understanding of food and beverage service, as well as the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for food.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional culinary or hospitality training a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian is required, with English proficiency a plus.
