📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, complying with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and social media engagement.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and ensure they are aligned with the restaurant's vision and values.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure they are handled in a professional and satisfactory manner.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Experience in training and developing staff.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
