HAVEN Jaya is looking for a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs and materials,Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content,Implement and monitor the use of learning management systems (LMS),Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training and development opportunities,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Work with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or e-learning development,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Cornerstone,Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
