📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and conduct interviews.,Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
