Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process,Maintaining and updating the company's applicant tracking system (ATS),Providing feedback to candidates and communicating hiring decisions,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS and applicant tracking systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
