📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress towards hiring goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
