📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to facilitate timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory management strategies.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management best practices and techniques.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency in a warehouse environment.
