📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of Area Managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the telecommunications industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using project management tools and software.,Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
