As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and supporting the Recruitment Team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Support the Recruitment Team in managing the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate with hiring managers for interviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Help maintain a database of potential candidates for future roles.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Support the recruitment marketing efforts, including social media and job boards.,Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
