📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in data analysis and reporting.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff.,Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Good organizational and time management skills.
