📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of a specific section of the restaurant.,Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.,Manage and train staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
