This is an immediate opening and the right candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Oversee payroll and benefits administration,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Lead training and development programs for employees,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
