Resto Jaya Computer is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial in supporting our operational needs and ensuring smooth business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with mechanics and service providers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle usage.,Provide support to the operations team by ensuring vehicles are available when needed.,Manage and process vehicle-related documents and paperwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for vehicle operation.
