📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead end-to-end ERP data migration projects, from planning to execution and post-migration validation.
• Work with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) to design, develop, and implement data migration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Perform data quality assessments and resolve data discrepancies.
• Document data migration processes and create user guides for end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data migration.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Participate in project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERP data migration, preferably with Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Proven experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data quality management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems is a plus.
• Certification in Oracle ERP Cloud or relevant data migration certifications is a plus.
