📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.,Ensure the security of our IT systems and data.,Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.,Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
