📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the coordination of office activities and events.
  • Support the General Affairs department in maintaining office records and documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Assist in the organization of employee benefits and welfare programs.
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Affairs Manager as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or general affairs roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
