Rumah Sakit Intan Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Assistant QC Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our food products and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality checks on food products to ensure they meet our standards.,Monitor and maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.,Report any quality issues or deviations to the Quality Control Manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.,Train and supervise junior staff on quality control practices.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry.,Certification in food safety and quality control is a plus.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
