📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects related to tea plantation operations.,Support the project engineer in preparing project proposals, schedules, and budgets.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and identify potential issues.,Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.,Maintain and update project documentation, including reports and records.,Assist in the procurement and management of project materials and equipment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of engineering solutions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related fields).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering or construction industry.,Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to tea plantation operations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
