PT Permata Cipta Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
