📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and facilitate effective training sessions.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
